RecoveryTrek Check-in Options

Check-ins are required Monday through Sunday (including holidays) between the hours of 3:00 a.m. MST and 10:00 p.m. MST

Call 757-414-6039, enter 0602 (Program ID), then enter your 6-digit PAS ID, and finally enter your 4-digit PIN number.

Online portal

Log in to www.RecoveryTrek.com, the click Participant Login and enter 0602 (Program ID), your email (username) and password. Then, click Test Status to learn whether you are required to test.

Mobile App

Log in to MobileTrek, enter 0602 (Program ID), then your 6-digit PAS ID, and then your 4-digit PIN number.

APPROVED COLLECTION SITES

For a list of approved collection sites, please log in to your RecoveryTrek Portal via www.RecoveryTrek.com or your MobileTrek app.

Drug testing samples must be collected at an approved collection site. Check back regularly for an updated list, as changes can occur at any time.

Please submit a general Consent for Release of Confidential Information form for each collection site you use.  The release can be accessed and submitted via RecoveryTrek at www.RecoveryTrek.com or downloaded here.  Downloaded consent forms may be emailed to reports@peerassistanceservices.org or faxed to 720.213.1007.
